I have been looking for a recumbent exercise bike to use for my therapy and found what I thought was a great deal on Ft Myers Craigslist. Now just the nature of Craigslist demands immediate action in a lot of cases or the item will be gone often in the first hour or so of being listed. So I pick up the phone and call Araba and lay out what I was trying to accomplish and he jumped in without hesitation and took time out of his day to contact ,and follow through with the purchase after inspection and then meet Slowryder in Northport to deliver it to us. What a guy. I hope the entire Florida Crew will join me in thanking him for helping me out with this. I’ll start.

don't know about a bike you lay-down on...
but if it makes you happy...add some chrome to it, maybe some streamers on the handlebars...one of those 'bulb horns'....a banana seat for someone to ride with you?
Keep the chain oiled...put a basket on the handlebars for a beverage or six!

Dana is the $h!t! Thing is, I'm sure he didn't think it was a big deal, but its always a big deal to the person recieving the help. I can vouche for that.. a few times over. Pay if forward!

Just because it is for exercise, does not mean it cannot be enjoyable. I am a firm believer that treadmills should include a cup holder and ash tray
