I just moved down to Homestead a few months ago. Are there in members in the area?

I think there are a couple down there but most are north of Miami.

Sounds like if you leave about 45 minutes or so early, you'll be able to meet up with us on most rides that start at Cafe 27. Straight shot up Krome (should be an easy ride on an early weekend morning), north on 27 for about 6 or so miles.

 

I lived just off base (Homestead AFB) and got transferred to Vegas 6 months before the hurricane wiped out everything (1991)....I hear the Cuban population has about taken over down that way.....Good people that understand the value of freedom and hard work.....at least back then.

 

whats the rent for home/apt now days......been thinking of moving back down south

Thanks for the huge response. I will keep an eye out for a Cafe 27 ride. I haven't been riding north much. Every time I start up the bike I wind up in the Keys or the Everglades.

Rent, and housing in general, reflect the housing crash. Homes that were going for 400K are now 200K or less. You can find a place to rent from 500 bucks up to around 2000. 500 does not include ammo.
