On the RKC it should be covered, dont know how ya got the stress cracks but it wasnt from cruising too fast hehehe. Ya gotta be careful to use spacers and not over torque the sheilds when putting them together.
I resently noticed stress cracks on my windshield on the two furthest out bolts on each side. I hadn't noticed this until I had HD install the new handelbars. Not saying they did it, but not saying they didn't either. I wonder if windshields are covered under the warrenty.
