I couldn't pass up the benefit run for Dorian Handros who have known for years he works for Gainesville HD been fighting cancer and insurance isn't covering enough of the costs in his battle so was well worth the ride .. Well over 100 Bikes showed up in his support and was a fun Poker Run besides.. However if want to do it again in the fall will take you up on it .. Although I might take Lucy along and end up staying up there .. 300 miles is about all she can handle.. That way can enjoy the museum a lot longer as well..

Maybe ride up on a Friday, spend the rest of Friday at the Andersonville site, get a room there for the night.
Get up Saturday morning and head over to Ft. Benning, around 50 miles, check that out. Then we could head back towards home and stop when the women get tired, cranky or hungry (or all three) and get a room, leaving a short hop home on Sunday.
I know before then I am going to do a solo up and back in a day to the infantry museum. Possibly Sept. 12. I will post a thread on that as soon as I figure out the date.
