Do you use Twitter

Nope. I'd just as soon have a root canal with no anaesthetic.
I hate texting, cell phones, and being "in touch" all the time! I use the technology (heck, I'm a software analyst!). But, I was just explaining to the wife this morning that most twitter "stream of consciousness" babble is a PITA...heck, chat rooms look like this all the time!
However, if it floats your boat have at it...just, please, not on the bike or when driving the cage!

VERY True about driving and txt'ing. Im in IT myself, I've really just started using it for the family. Kind of a nice way for them to follow you on a vaca or other adventure

i was a skeptic of facebook in the beginning but now i can not stop being on there. i found so many friends and family i havent seen in years. i can currently keep up with friends and family daily. you can post your pics there and info of what is going on easier than twitter.
find out what your friends use most and go with that.

I can't understand why anyone would want to publish their personal life on Twitter, My Space, Facebook, et al.
Big brother is already only a heartbeat away from compiling personal dossiers on everybody with most of that information being widely available on the the web.. Why would I want to feed the info mill?
It's really not that far off:
