Monday just turned into a maybe for me !! woo hoo !!

 

Well guys, I wouldn't mind a ride to the Keys and don't mean to be a party pooper, but after livin in S. FL all my life, one of the things I've learned is that ya don't go the the Keys on a holiday weekend unless your ready to sit in traffic, and the chance of that in the dead heat of summer just ain't my idea of fun.

BTW, what's the deal this weekend, is the private sector taking Friday as the holiday and the Gooberment doing it on Monday? Usually it's posted in the paper, but I haven't seen anything in the Sun Slantinel or PB Post. I'm assuming this since our gooberment servant Sick Pup scheduled this thing for Monday.

cHarley I thought about the traffic...but the private sector is taking Friday off I believe..so Monday shouldn't be all that bad....I get Monday off cause Friday is my scheduled day off (one of them anyway...yes that means I get a 4 day weekend) so come on Let's Ride!!!

Work is looking slow, although I opted to work a few hrs friday (our day off for the 4th) It looks like I wont have work monday..If I'm there I'm there. If not you can stop half as often for gas
