In April some of the Southwest HDF riders will be in town looking to meet and ride with the FL Crew. My brother (2of2), his buddy Joe (joe.1955) and Joes wife (donna.1965) will be here from the Wednesday before the Leesburg bikefest to the Wednesday after. Joe is riding his bike out here just to check out our backroads and to meet us. These guys like to ride. Check out the Southwest section and you will see. I would like to get some kind of ride or maybe a BBQ at my house going. I know Leesburg will be on a lot of peoples agenda and weekdays are hard to get together but if we can get something going it would be great to get a nice ride going and show these guys how we do it on the East coast. I have no problem having a little GTG at my house before riding to Leesburg. Even planning small rides during the week if any of you have off would be fun. I am taking vacation most of the week so all I plan on doing is riding. It is still early so if any of you have any ideas for a ride or want to get together throw it out here and we can get some plans made to show these guys a good time.

Sorry, but it doesn't look like I will make it. The Leesburg bikefest, April 24th-26th, is the weekend before our NC trip and I'm planing to head up to the mountains a week early.

 

Charley you spend so much time up in teh mountains we should change your name to Jeremiah Johnson.

Looking forward to it Bro! I will keep an eye on this thread to see what develops. I am open for any kind of riding. I am hoping for a couple long rides (300+ mile day trips) and the rest of the time just checking out the points of interest. Oh yeah, would like to do a coastal ride like we did in '07.
