Their Port Charlotte store charges more than Harley does for parts as well. They wanted nearly a $100 bucks more for a painted rear fender than other dealers. They used to have “free “ beer every day. I guess someone had to pay for it.
How else is he going to be able to ride around in that Rolls/Bentley, whatever that is he drives. Does he even ride a motorcycle? Whenever I see him in pictures he's always wearing "Parrot head" gear.
Do you know if it was to the same guys that own Alligator Alley, Palm Beach and I think Treasure Coast HD? They are based in Boston. ??
From what we were told at our HOG meeting by Shelly Rossmeyer herself, Ted Moss, son of Ed Moss (a car dealer owner and prior friend of Bruce Rossmeyer) bought the entire Destination Daytona complex and not just the Daytona HD Dealership. Mother HD's condition for the sale was that the Rossmeyers New Smyrna Beach HD Dealership was not to be included in the sale and therefore it will be closing as of the last day of November 2022. However, the NSB HOG chapter that operated out of that dealership, althought now will be attached to the Daytona HD dealership, will be able to remain as its own chapter that will remain based in New Smryna Beach.
Shelly and her brother will continue to run the Daytona dealership.
The friendly family like staff of the NSB dealership and specifically it's service and parts department will be sadly missed.
