ALL HD Delphi ECM's are locked from the factory. Always have been and now the new 23.5 and 24 models have several locks in/on them. So we have to figure out how to unlock them and do it several times depending on what your trying to do. Much the same as your front door lock at home, You need a Key to get in. TTS changes the key when the ECM is modified with TTS code install. It's to keep anyone from getting in and bricking the ECM, and that's why we store a mirror image of the original ECM prior to allowing it to be programmed. With that image you can switch back and forth anytime you want in the future and the image is stored on the PC that did the programming, as well as in the current interface, along with the last modified tune that was installed. You can also store those files on your home PC or on the internet. So its really no big deal, but some try there best to make it one.

You can download all the software and manuals for free and see what your getting before ever spending a dime. There is the same access for all as it is a Racing Product and not for highway use.

If the original image is restored, will there be any trace left behind that Digital Tech could pick up? I know this has been discussed , but it seems a mirror image restore should clear all traces.

Once the original image is restored it will look just as it did at the point in time the image was taken.
