You can always compare what you have now to what you end up with after your dyno tune, they are using the PV to tune it?
you can still log a ride and review it see if anything looks out of sorts, for that matter you could run another auto tune session, see where it wants to make changes and how much, if your changes are lees than 5%, ideally less than 3% you have the VE's dialed in, I always try to take a pic of the screens

In the second pic look at 20% throttle and 4000rpm, there is a big hole where I'm not getting any hits, this could be for a couple of reasons. 1 I'm just not hitting this area, it's hard to hit some areas of the map on the street, I already look like a fool who doesn't know how to ride getting the hits I did. 2 this part of the map could be way off and out of the limits set to the changes PV can make. Manually fill them in to values close to the cells around them where you did get hits, then go back out and see if you can get some hits in this area and see how much it wants to change them

If you're running the AFR table in post 7 still then you're not running in closed loop, Marco explains this in post 8, not a big deal, all closed loop does is verify that whats going on in the engine is close to what the tables are doing mathematically without getting too deep of an explanation.i

Maybe log a ride anyway in the narrow band mode and look at the data you get
How are you reviewing log files? (what software?)

VE is what everything is calculated by and must be correct for all the rest of the calculations to be correct.
