Does the SE Super Tuner hold more than one tune? Recently got a "quiet baffle" for the V&H High-Output Pro Pipe and will probably get a new tune. Would like to save both tunes for those days I want more noise.
The tuner cannot hold more than one tune but the software on your computer can hold an unlimited number. A computer is required to be used with the tuner so there's no need for the tunes to be located on the tuning device. Another option is to have the tune files loaded to a USB stick if you want the files with the bike at all times.

This is good information.
Tune now on motor (with no baffle) was done by Harley dealer. With what Harley recently did concerning tuners I feel a need to capture my current tune on a system I control. Plan is to get a dedicated tablet/laptop. As I understand you, multiple tunes could be saved on that device.
Do you happen to know what type tablet to get? Windows/Android/Apple?
Windows netbook. Pretty cheap used, (found an ACER brand unit for 45 bux on ebay) and adequate for what you're doing, as long as it has a USB port. Wifi to download the software, or put it on a memory stick and install it that way.
Just going from memory here, but I think data files (smart tuning) have the .hdx extension and calibrations, and the changes you make to them have a .dt0 extension. That's a zero by the way!
