2010 roadking. Have had v&h true duals with rinehart mufflers and stage 1 intake with breather bypass and powervision for 2 seasons and ran great. This past winter added 204 cams and got a map that was close and was really impressed. After sbout 3 hours of autotuning and running suddenlly bike wants to stumble and stall at hot idle. Had an error code that was loss of idle due to vss. Changed vss and cleared codes. Still stumbling and stalling.
Other than idle bike runs real strong except for a little flat spot at steady highway cruise.
Im going nuts. Any ideas guys?

 

Id start with the obvious. Since you had issues after autotuning, load your original map and see if you get the same issues and dtc code.

 

Tune drift? Reload the map with your powervision and reset the trims. If that makes it better turn adaptive off in winpv

 

Already tried multiple different maps. All same results at idle.
Think its possible that an o2 sensor could read wrong but not throw a dtc?
Tried monitoring all sensors via guages on powervision and all sensors (02,map,temp,voltage) fluctuated so nothings dead...
