Race or Street tuner? H-D makes 2 of them. Sound's like he had the street tuner which only allows dealers to flash EPA compliant maps to the ECM rather than custom dyno tune, since he's using the term stage 1. Nothing EPA compliant is going to richen a bike up enough to stop the decel pop.
He said Super Tuner there is only one super tuner the other one is a street tuner Big difference between the two. The super tuner is exactly that a tuner, the street "tuner" is a epa module that you can only change the fuel +/- 5% and in all my years of dyno tuning I have never seen a street tuner and the two dealers in my area have never sold a street tuner it is not a commonly used or sold device. And the op refers to super tuner so I take that as the super pro tuner that can easily be used to remove any and all decel pop.
