Comes with the complete assembly as pictured.

This came off of a 2014 FLHTP with less than 12k miles on it. The seat was removed at around 10k miles.

Can you measure the distance between the two bolts that attach the bracket to the seat pan?

One hole is slightly oval but I’d say center to center is 5-1/16”.
