Anyone get the Corbin solo seat? Your opinion on fit and comfort?

 

Can't speak on the solo, but I have the gunfighter smuggler and highly recommend. The storage isn't big, but enough to store reg card/insurance, maybe gloves and sunglasses.

The stock seat on the S is horrible. I went with the gunfighter for some back vertical bump, so I feel like I won't fly off the back.

FWIW, I have Corbins on all three of my bikes. My preference.

I am looking for a solo seat as that’s the look I’m going for.
I’ve got a Cobin seat on my fatboy that fits me nicely, the stock seat is like sitting on a piece of cardboard for my old ***

 

Anything has to be better than the stock seat. At 52, I needed a real seat too.

 

I’ve had a Corbin solo with the backrest on a majority of my Harley bikes. Read RoadKings.
I would buy another in a heart beat. I don’t have one on my LRS only because I did not like how it changed the lines of the bike.
it is a great seat. You will here horror stories about customer service, but me personally, I never had an issue

 

I've read on here that some people have had customer service issues with Corbin. I have usually received timely email and phone call responses.

Not sure what the problems had been with others.

As a general rule, customer service is non existent in 2022. When you do experience good service, seems like a real exception. Should be the norm.

 

Smooth lines, nice slight bucket and curves. Firm with no pressure points.
IMHO Corbin is always very high end.
