That stinks ordered mine beginning of January and like you said the estimated ship date is always at 8 to 9 weeks. Got a glimmer of hope a couple of weeks ago when the site said 3 weeks but the next day back to 9. I don't understand the parts availability for these Sportster S models I'm ready to trade it in.

 

Got my Amazon windscreen. Missing set screws. FFS! Now I either wait or buy from hardware store.

That windscreen above looks like China did it again. Took a US design, manufactured in China, and just stole it, selling on their own.

 

Amazon cheapy installed. It will bother me that I can't get a Memphis Shades Road warrior, the geometry can't be that far off the Fat Bob, yet nothing in works. I'd be happy to pay good money for a better product, or my preferred product. Going to test ride it now, run an errand. We will see what adjustments it'll need on angle, height, etc. Oh, had to order set screws, ordered a whole kit for $18. I used the M6*12, just in case anyone needs to buy set screws, so not to buy the whole kit.

Has anyone tried calling Memphis Shades to ask them for a version of the Fat Bob fairing for the Sportster S?

I called, and at this time they don't have anything. If more people contact them, may be they will work something up.

 

Ohhhh, Rocket Bunny! That's good stuff. I can't tell what it's on. I have a 1995 240SX. I'd love to put a Rocket Bunny kit on it, but I've already bought everything for the NISMO 270R kit.
