Really like the way that rear end looks! Gives a totally different dimension to the Sporty. Wish they came stock with at least a 180 rear. Maybe someday....

One Sweet XR1000
I have to thank dglide04 for the tip-off that this bike was available.
Thank you man... I LOVE you!
I was amazed that she was still available after being up on this site for nearly 24 hours.
Anyway, she's mine now, and I couldn't be happier.
"Hoss", of Elyria Harley Davidson gets ALL the credit for the beautiful beast you'll find below.
His meticulous care and tuning are second to none. Thank you, "Hoss". You are, without a doubt, DaMan!
Actually, as I'm sure most of you are aware, this is not exactly a Sportster, but some will insist it is.
It's an XR1000!
We all know that it does share many parts though, with the '84 Sportster.
I've already had a few peeps ask "What IS that?"
Her tag will read XRRRR [8D].
Thanks to "Hoss" for that sweet tag idea.
She is completely original, right down to the paint, and the 6450 miles.
The extra-sweet chain tensioner, is the only exception, and it'll be staying right where it is.
The Screaming Eagle fork brace, and oil cooler (HD recommended), are both original options.
She runs like new, pulls like a mule, and beats the crap out of you after about 60 miles, just like she's supposed to . I love it!
OK, I'm in Vegas for the week... Gotta get back to the tables!
Y'all take care, and tell me what you think.
You guys, and gals, all completely rock!!!
Thank you man... I LOVE you!
