Are you replacing it with something else.......maybe like the Power Vision?
I have a PCV and wondered if it would be worth it to go with the Power Vision.

 

Nope I have an 07 Nightster and the ECM sits inside the rear fender. I just bought a new seat for the whip and the ECM and PCV won't fit so I'm getting the HD Race Tuner to clear up some space. The PCV has served me well but my old seat has not!

 

I think you can put it in the battery compartment thingy..
