Yes it comes with the bulb socket + wiring. I can take a pic if you'd like?

What is the ECM caddy for? To reposition ECM?

It's the stock ECM caddy on the 07-09 models. The ECM is on the top of the rear fender underneath the seat. The caddy is simply the plastic piece that the ECM rests on. Hope that makes sense...

Yea it does I have an 09 I hate that ECM on the fender!!
