Any one interested in swapping their forward controls for my mid controls. I have a 2008 xl883l.

 

been thiniking about swapping my forwards for mids. Just wanna try a bike with mids first.

I will be looking for forwards as well. I actually would like something that puts me middle of mids and forwards. Just finding that I am too tucked on my bike but like the position of my foot on brake when stopped at lights, etc.
One of my issues was also the football shaped air filter, so I added the SE HB and now I can sit more even.

Thanks Grrrl. I had the same problem with the air filter. Getting the SE HB was one of the best things i have done.

 

And it makes the bike sexier. Good luck with your forward control search.

 

i have cci fowards on my sporty that im gonna be takin off in the winter going back to mids.i have mids just missin the bolt to go through the brake pedal! if your intrested theres a pic in my profile page.cheers
