The Hugger was discontinued in 2004.

 

yes, it fits my gf's 2008 nightster perfectly. the part # on the bottom is rdw-92/61-0067

That's not a part #. Harley part #s use the format xxxxx-yy with the yy extension being the last two digits the year the part was introduced. A letter after the YY means that part has been updated since it was introduced. Not that I care. Just the facts. I'm not trying to stir up trouble.

 

that number is on just about all stock sportster seats.

That seat is for a 3.5 gal tank. Wasn't sure if there was still a question about it.
