If those are the stock, 27" wide handlebars and they are for sale, I would be interested in buying them. Or are they included with the risers?

Thanks for the reply. I'm still in the market for stock Sportster bars - part number 56082-83. They seem to be commonly used on Sportsters (27" wide, 4" rise, 4.75" pullback, according to HD but the way Flanders measures, they have 4.5" rise, 7.5" pullback).
