That's a pre-rubber mount Sportster with a cobbled together set of aftermarket forwards. If you turned the lever attached at the primary from 12 o'clock to 9 o'clock, it would become a shift lever for mid controls, and that's exactly what is needed to complete the partial set you're selling. Bikes with forwards from the factory do not come with the type/shape of shift linkage shown in your pic.
A mid control shift lever is a readily available part. Good luck with your sale.
