Default What to pay for a Nightster

First post.

I've been wanting a HD for a long time now. I saw the olive/black Nightster and knew right away that's the bike I need. Love the WWII look.

Anyway, I'm wondering what kind of discount I can expect from the dealer off of MSRP. Naturally, I want to drive the hardest bargain I can.

Never saw one in person, but I've been looking at one of the 'green/black' Nightsters on EBay, and it's a good looking bike.

Actually, I think the description is "Olive Pearl Demin and Black Demin".

Don't know what the suggested list price is, but the one I was checking out has 443 miles on it, and the current bid is at $6,500.

By the way, Welcome to the forum...

Yes it is.

MSRP is about 10,500.

Good Luck getting a discount at the dealer. They usaully always want the MSRP.The straight black is $9595.The 2 tone is $9990.Plus $260 freight for either model. That is for the stock model. So if you customize you will of course be paying more.

They are nice bikes. I like the license plate holder. I wish they made that for the Softail.

Mine was 11,400 out the door with forward controls and 5 year warranty. I think I paid a little to much but not much.

Sounds to me like you got a pretty good deal, especially when you consider the extra cost for the forward controls and extended warranty...

I dont know if you can get them to deal, those are quick turnaround bikes right now. I got the freight charge taken off, Riders edge thrown in. I didnt buy the extended warrenty.
