So there is .45 Volts on all the proper plugs and 12.8 on the grey wire which feeds the cut off switch.
So in testing the light is good because I have resistance across all leads.
The turn signals work the engine starts and stops. The emergency lights work.
The brake and all the back lights light up. But no head light.
