Hey , I got a 08 sportster . I was wondering if you could replace that cheap piece of chrome on the speedo itself . I put a dent in mine

 

yes, the part is $14. swing by the dealer and get a new chrome bezel. yank the old off and get the old tape/gunk off the gauge. then alcohol wipe down the surface and apply the cut up double sided 3m tape. then press on the new bezel. takes ten minutes.

i did it for both my tach and speedo
