My neice has an 06 sportster low with mid controls.
She would like to go with forward controls.
I can pick up a set of new H.D. forward controls (chrome) for a very good price.
The part number says for 04/05 sportster.
does anyone know if these would work on an 06?
I checked with the local H.D. dealer, the H.D. accessory book
has a different part # for the 06, put the parts book at H.D. has
the same part #for the 04/05 and 06.
I just do not want to purchase these controls to find out
latter they will not work.
Any help would be appreciated.

I just put a set with part number 33395-06 on my 06 1200c, there there chrome ones. The only point Ill caution you on is the bolts, there not chrome, but for 5.00 I put stainless on

 

the part number that he has is 33395-04
What's the difference between 33395-04 and 33395-06
Would you be interested in getting rid of the OE forward controls
that you took off your 06.
