Switching oil
Can I switch from Dino to Synthetic before the 1000 mile change and also can I use the same synthetic oil in my tranny as I use in the engine? I'm thinking of switching to Amsoil or Royal Purple. Thanks for comments

You want Dino in it for the first 1000, then switch to Syn. Yes you can then use 20-50 syn in both.

Switch anytime you want. Lots of new vehicles come with synthetic oil in them.
