Oil light flicker on my 48

Oil light flicker on my 48
We were out riding yesterday and after riding about 70-75 on the interstate for about 20 minutes after we had already been riding for a while my oil light started flickering when I came to an idle at stoplights. I pulled over and called the service department of my dealership I use and he made me an appointment and told me not to worry about it unless I hear noise.. Has anyone else experienced this? My bike is still under the factory warranty and is a 2013 Sportster 48

Stupid question here, but did you physically check the oil level as recommended in the Service Manual to see if it's low? If the oil level is normal, I'd start by checking the condition of the electrical connector & wiring at the oil pressure switch, along with the pressure switch itself, to see if it's cracked or broken, and for apparent leaks. It wouldn't be all that uncommon to have it cracked or broken since it's directly in the line of fire from road debris. I believe it's at the front of the engine near your oil filter.
If it's found to be broken or cracked, it's fairly inexpensive and simple to replace.
