Clean batt terminals, now nothing.....

What they call the "main circuit breaker", 30 amp, is actually a little sealed canister. I have continuity across the 2 terminals with the wires connected to it. Not sure if it's wringing out the canister or thru something else. Anyone know the proper way to check it?
The other 4 what they call "breakers" are actually fuses + they're all good.

I would do these things first.
Make sure the terminals on the end of the battery leads are tight on the wires, and the wires are not broken. Check the ground on the back of the primary near the starter is clean and tight.
Check you battery voltage with the Key on and the run switch on. No voltage or drop in voltage equals bad battery.
Pull the battery out and take it to an auto parts store and have it tested.
If all that is good start at the main fuse and see if it is good, and there is power to and past the fuse.

After getting some really AFU voltage readings on the main breaker (2.5VDC off + 0VDC on) found positive cable from battery to starter burned in half. Cable looked great at both ends, but measured 12.5 VDC at battery end + 2.5VDC at starter. When I twisted it slighly it spun around inside the coating + pulled right out. Must have been hangin on by a thread, + when I cleaned it, that strand broke + no instrument lites. Oh well, thanx for the help. At least it was kind enough to break in the garage + not on the road.

Well, I didn't realize what "ANNOYING" was until I tried to put the new pos batt cable onto the starter. Duck soup gettin the nut off, but try reachin in with one finger, holdin it onto the terminal, and spinnin it at the same time. As an added attraction, it'll take you 10 minutes to fish the nut out each + every time you drop it, which in my case , was probably 20 times. They must a little runt pixie put these on at the factory, cuz there ain't no way in hell a man can get his paws back in there. Now I'll spend tomorrow gatherin up all the tools I threw around the garage.
