Default Brake line cable help

I am going to be putting on 8" handle bars and was wondering if a 42" brake line cable would be long enough? Stock cable just doesn't work. I may have to do a clutch cable as well but I'm not sure how long to go? Any help?

You don't need to replace the clutch and a 42" brake line will definitely be long enough. Had 10" z bars on before my current apes and all I replaced was the brake line to a 45". I only went with a 45" because I knew I was going to put on even higher bars down the road.

Will I need to purchase a banjo bolt? Or will the existing one work? Oh and what about turn signal wiring?
