So just recently gears were slipping and then the bike wouldn't move while in gears. Replaced whole clutch basket because bearings were blown. But back together and bike still won't go anywhere while in gear. Any ideas? 2005 harley sportster 1200

 

Your bike has a wet clutch. Wet clutches drag when the motor isn't running, making it difficult to roll the bike when it's in gear with the clutch pulled in.

 

No when it's on and I try to accelerate it's like I'm in neutral I don't go anywhere

 

Is the drive belt good?

 

Gears generally do not slip, but clutches sure do. Did you replace clutch plates, adjust properly, etc. I think more information is needed.
