Here is my 12x13 mothers seat. I think I would have preferred the 10x13 but already mounted and took it for a scoot around the block so pretty sure I can't exchange it. Other than that, quality on it is superb and I would definitely recommend mothers.

may you elaborate a bit why you'd rather have the 10 inch wide one? I'm struggling right now choosing between the 10 inch and 12 inch.

I'm 5'9'' and average build, don't know which one I should get.

I'm in NJ, so you know the road, I wonder if taller spring can help a bit. but I'm not so sure if the position will be made more uncomfortable?
