I see the guy that owns it a couple of times a year. He told me that just to do the bags, lids, and side covers was 3500 bucks. I was only interested in them, because I thought the process from chroming fiberglass was pretty cool. I have no ideal what the sheetmetal cost....less, I'm sure.

To each his own!! he made his bike his own,thats what its all about..and when i say he made it his own i can pick that bike out from anywhere..its one of a kind..he has nitros on it that shoots flames out of the exhaust about 10 feet long..to me i would have done different things to it(not all the chrome).he has 95 grand wrapped up in that bike..but i wouldnt say its tacky,he only uses it for different events.bike week ect...its a show piece more than a road piece..
