Default Need baffles for S&S mufflers

So I made the mistake of removing the baffles out of my S&S slash cut mufflers out of curiosity to hear what it sounds like. I thought these were easily removable and replaceable. Unfortunately they were a pain to remove and were damaged in the process. They are garbage now.

The bike is ENTIRELY too loud at this point, almost cant ride it. I do not see replacement baffles on S&S website and I do not want to buy a whole new exhaust system at this point. Can anyone help me? I have been looking for baffles online that will fit, any ideas?

Desperate to get this thing sounding like it was before I decided to mess with it. Any help is appreciated.

I found big city thunder baffles, (www.bigcitythunder.com) anyone familiar?

Im assuming this baffle would be mounted BEFORE the muffler, at the end of the stock header. If I am correct, does anyone know the diamter (inside and outside) of stock 2005 Sportster 1200r pipes so I can order the correct baffle?

What model slip-ons do you have? Any picks to help identify them?

Just for anyone else searching for info in the future, big city thunder makes baffles that go in the header, then you put your slip ons back on. I put in a set of the QQ baffles today. Sounds even better than the original s&s baffles I took out if the mufflers and all the power is back. Easy install, great company.

You're awesome. I just did the same thing and have been searching for a replacement baffle. Thank you!
