Default homemade seat mod

As I posted a little bit ago I recently bought the 2014 Iron. The stock seat looks rather fat and most of the fatness of the seat is just extra foam around the edges that have no function. I took apart the seat, trimmed down the seat pan some, trimmed a lot of foam around the edges that I didn't like. Here is the end result. I'm thinking my next endevour will be to slim up the pillion. I might remove some thickness from it but as with the front seat I want to retain as much comport as possible as the seats aren't the most comfortable stock to begin with. This will be my two up setup.

This is my solo setup. It's the 48 seat which is rather uncomfortable to me on longer rides. After about an hour I start to get some butt ache. I'm thinking to add half inch of memory foam on top if I can find some good foam for cheap.
