RE: bike spurts down the highway then stalls lol
I have been having same type of problem with mine after completing an over the winter 1200 conversion. Changed the ignition module, same problem reappeared but not immediately. By the way the voltage regulator went bad on me twice in the last year, but that wasn't the problem, the one now is working great ( I added a dash mounted voltmeter to allow me to know when the charge isn't occuring to give me time to get home if that happens again). Latest change was from the stock vaccuum petcock to a non-vaccuum petcock from pingel. This would repair stock fuel valve problems or a leaky vaccuum hose not allowing the petcock to open, as the existing vaccuum hose to the valve is just capped. Sitting at 125 miles of riding after that without incident but the way it was so intermitant I'm not counting it as fixed yet. Also could have been something in the fuel line routing (an unseen kink for example) if it is fixed...crossing my fingers.

Well mine hasnt been doing that now knock on wood. But im watching it very very closely.. The cause from mine stalling was Fuel liner peeling clogging the line from time to time although they replaced the ign. module for free lol but that wasnt the cause oh well. Got a new one anyways
