Default lost a bolt, what bolt is it?(pics)

Well it looks like I lost a bolt anyone know what type and thread pitch it is and what length to get? and where to get it? Also looks like I need a washer with it.

Grade 8, 7/16-14 thread pitch x 1" long and a 7/16" lock washer.
Harley part #s 3854 (bolt) & 7039 (lock washer).

That'll work.
Grade 8 and the thread pitch is 14 per inch. Should be good. Don't forget the lock washer. There's probably a torque spec for that bolt, since it threads into the head. You don't want to strip it.
If the threads are already boogered in the head, you have an additional issue. They're probably ok, but you might want to clean a little oil off of there and give 'em a look-see.
