Hi guys my first post so i hope its not a stupid one!

Hi have a 1200 nightster with a factory alarm, i got the bike second hand and got two alarm keys, one is working fine but one doesn't seem to switch the alarm off, i have changed the batteries but still nothing, does anyone know how to program the keys to match the alarm??

Get yourself an owner's manual - it's all in there. Many steps, but well worth the effort. While you're at it, make the manual code unique as well.

 

If you need one, you can download a copy of the owners manual from the H-D factory website, just go to the Owners tab.

 

Ive had a few goes at downloading the manual but the link doesn't seem to work for me. Ill just have to keep looking. Thanks guys.
