Tiny bits in moderation would look good to me...Like a well designed gas cap, or pegs overlayed with carbon...

I think front and rear fenders would be cool....but...I think what really makes them look like art is when someone takes the time to do a custom paintjob and some of the carbon shows but you still have some of the color from your paintjob....plus you can candy color or however they make the translucent paint over the carbon so it has a color but still can be seen as carbon....like a graphic paintjob or the center strip of each fender...just putting carbon fenders on a Harley.....I don't think many would look right...but with some paint and custom ideas on that end...killer combo.
it would also be cool to see fenders with some different shapes...like custom bikes have.

I think doing the rear strut cover pieces in carbon would be awesome...maybe some carbon bits like chain guards...swingarm covers...sprocket cover which is easy because it could be flat....little engine accents...horn mounts or covers, coil covers....speedometer trim and switch housings....all the little stuff would be cool. I think a blacked out bike with carbon parts all over would be killer....could also do carbon exhaust heat shields....its endless...but yes...you will need maybe a group buy to do some of these things...I think if you start with smaller parts and easier to make parts you will see how it goes. im sure some people on here would have some oem parts for the "donor" program to start making a mold...as long as they got a little discount

a chopped rear fender with stock struts in the rear would look horrible, as you arent chopping anything.

i think there is a market for a cheap chopped fender, as the guys doing chops (like myself) arent willing to pay 300-400 for something i already have on the bike and can make it work. some guys dont want to deal with cutting and grinding the flimsy fender.

but as i said, unless the person is willing to chop the frame, i doubt alot of people will buy it.

imagine my bike if i didnt cut the struts off.

Wouldn't it be easier to just make a fiberglass mold of a rear fender? Another idea for you is have one scanned with one of those scanners then make a mold for the part digitally so you can do your CF
