I use the PC's cousin, the Power Vision tuner. I realized about an approx. 6 miles per gallon decrease but IMHO it was worth the loss for the quicker and smoother acceleration, a cooler running engine and exhaust, and an overall performance increase.
'Sure doesn't help your situation with the peanut tank on that '72 eh? Such is the price for being cool
On a sidenote, what MAP are you using? If it's canned, you might be running rich. Take a looksee one of these days at your spark plugs and the color of them will tell you if you're running rich, and if that's the case you need to find/try another MAP or have it DYNO'd.
'Hope it all gets worked out to your liking!

i have one on my roadking and on the highway I get about 42 now and got about 43-44 before...but I also chenaged the cams, intake and exhaust, but around town the milage is much worse, but that is not the tune that is because I drive it much harder, just because I can with all the extra power available...if the PC is tuned correctly you shoudl get about the same fuel milage as before (if you drive it the same)...
