I just ordered the GMax GM54 modular helmet in flat black, had a lot of good reviews. Not a huge fan of the led on the back and probably wont use it, but I really like the look of the whole helmet.

I've got a SevenZeroSeven Backlash, got it from cycle gear on sale for like 150, they are listed at 230 right now. Its pretty good though my only helmet anyhow. Light enough comes in a good looking matte black, multiple vents and looks pretty good.

$200? Bell Vortex, no contest. I rock the Bell RS-1 which is a $400 lid, but they can be had on closeout for ~$200-300.

I was looking at the Bell Revolver Evo, but I don't find the flip up face usefull for myself or the internal sun shade. I haven't come across the vortex but man that looks like a killer helmet for the price!

I'm not a fan of modular helmets. More weight, not as structurally sound in a crash (won't find any Snell rated modular helmets, to my knowledge), and they're a little dorky lol. I don't see much benefit of flipping up the front but I guess some people love them.

Icon Alliance Dark. $150 and comes with both smoked and clear sheilds. It is a good helmet for the price. Fits better if you have a more oval shaped head rather than round.

I'd rather ride without a helmet.

I got the Biltwell Gringo. Mine is white but it comes in matte black. No frills helmet, old school style.
