I found this wheel out of a 09 street glide, it looks like the stock iron wheel, this is a 16x5, my question is does anyone know if this will take the stock sprocket and brake rotor from the sportster?

 

That photo is misleading. The 09s and later have an integral rubber cushion drive and the hub is much wider than all other models. It can't be installed (without truly major surgery) in the earlier Touring bikes and will go nowhere near a Sporty. The photo below shows what the pulley side looks like (r/h wheel):
