Default PLEASE HELP!! need to adjust my idle

Can anybodytell me how to adjust the idle on my bike.[sm=headbang.gif]
Problem is when the engine is warm and I push in the choke the motor idles prettylow, italmost stalls.
The motor is a 2002 carburated 1200cc, stock carb
Thank you.

PS. pics would help

OK, I now know that the idle screw is the long cable that just hangs there.
Now my question is do I turn clock wise or counter clock wise to raise the idle ?
Thank you.

The idle adjustment screw is just about even to the top of the air cleaner, on the throttle cam towards the front of the carb. Turning it in will increase the idle, turning out will decrease it. Look for the cables coming down from the handle bars where they connect to the carb. You should be able to use a standard phillips screwdriver to turn it in or out.
