Default 2009 Harley Nightster: which length brake lines for 10" mini apes?

After searching it seems the stock clutch/throttle cable will work with most 10" mini apes by simply re-routing them . I don't want to fiddle with the brake line so I'm searching to see which length I will need for a clean install. I have read from 40-44". Have my eye on the Goodridge 42", wanted to double check to make sure they work with the stock banjo fitting? Any input will help!

I just installed 10" z bars on my Iron and went with a 46" just to be safe but a 44" would of been perfect...anyways I don't mind the extra lenght and doesn't look bad neither.

Magnum shielding build your own cable kit same quality as the already made ones but no need for guessing what size you need. Just cut to length put on your ends and done deal.

I see different angle fitments from 90, 35, 60, and 180 degrees...which angle does an 09 Nightster call for?
Some companies label their brake lines +2", +4", +8" and so fourth, if I want a total 44" length, which "+" size would I want?
