Do you find it helps comfort and seating position with stock mid controls?

It's comfortable to me but didn't have a problem with the seating position before, I like mid controls.

Do you find the Fastback has you sit a little further back? I seem to like the mid controls too, seems more natural to me. Guess I'll find out this season how I really like them and if Ill wanna try forwards.

Maine-Rider;

I have the Fastback on my 2012 Superlow and love it.I'm 5'8" and I find it moves me back about 1-2 inches and down about 1 inch.Lots of tailbone support and works GREAT with the mids.I changed my footpegs to the Iron/1200 style,the factory dogleg footpegs kept snagging my jeans at a stop.Now everything works and feels much better........it will take about 500 or so miles to break in that seat though.

Best wishes,
John[the old]

I have a badlander on my 09 883. I like the riding position for me and my 10 y/o son likes the back. I find that the bike needs gas right about the time I need a break for my a$$.
