Due to all the responses I figured, I'm an idiot. This is exactly why this forum is the best. Well two things. First I looked at all the wire. Then I decided to check the fuse. I noticed that the fuse wasn't in all the way and the fuse next to that was loose as well. Second I guess I was so excited to get things started the first time round, that I never put it neutral. (Insert stoopid remarks here) boy do I feel dumb

I just installed on my 14' 48 the the dk custom tank lift, coil relocation with the f6 option. One the plug wire seemed a little bent at the buttom. When it was all said and done the bike would not turn over. The lights worked, I could here the injectors prepping but when I pushed the starter button it would not do a single thing. What could be wrong. At first I thought it was the plug wires, so I put the originals on. Same thing. I'm thinking the coil went bad or I'm I missing something in the steps somewhere. All help is appreciated.
Even if the plug wires or coil were not on the bike, that would not prevent the bike from turning over. Of course, it would not start, but the starter will turn the engine over.
As others have said, it is a matter of a process of elimination to see what wire/fuse/connection was disturbed to prevent it from turning over when the starter button is pushed.
Please feel free to call us or email us, we may be able to help you walk thru some things to check.
Edited...guess I was typing this and you had already tracked it down! Glad you get her running!

If none of the above works, I'd undo what you've done. Put the bike back the way it was and try it. If no start, then it's not likely one of of the new components.
I've found on more than one bike right off the showroom floor, brand new, harness connectors that were not fully seated. Doesn't happen often, but it does happen. Check any harnesses in the area you were working. Even of not intentional, you may babe loosened something.
Also, just b/c the lights are in and the pump primes means nothing as to the battery having sufficient power to start the bike.
Good luck!
