Talking Ordered my first Harley

Hello everyone. I have on order a 1200 custom. I did the HD1 so I could get the color I wanted. I am expecting it to be done the first week of March. This will be my 4th bike. Owned sport bikes until now. I wanted something a little more comfortable. I've been riding for 15 years now. Wow time flys...

Welcome! your gonna love that bike. Its really comfy for a sporty and it handles really well. I also made that sport bike change to my 48 being my first Harley.

Welcome to the addiction and congrats on your first HD

Congratulations and welcome!

I waited 4 months for my Sportster, and that was in 1990. Still have it and still love it.

Look forward to seeing some pictures.

BG, welcome to the 1200C club, when my wife took me to buy me a bike I thought she'd get the little standard $6,900 bike sitting by the door. Nope, when she saw this green one in the middle of the show room, that's the one she was having. 21,000 miles later I still love it.

You will find that the free seat that comes with the bike will need to be upgraded and the stock shocks can be easily improved, then you'll have a comfortable ride.

Thanks for the welcome's. I already ordered a new seat. I have the reduced reach seat on order along with the bike. I took the 1200 custom they had on the floor for a demo ride. I liked it and it is cheap enough not to break the bank too badly. Laughs.

I can't see the picture posted above. All I see is a link. When I click link it says "you do not have permission to view" or something like that. I do not know why I get this message but it sucks I can't see most pictures on this forum. Anyone know why this happens?
