Mustang Vintage Solo for Sportster

Good idea. I need to put more of an effort in..... but I don't smoke.... perhaps I could substitute a glass of bourbon!

Done it with beer and bourbon, too. I have a couple of nice, old, broken in couches out there and the Mustang is more comfy. It truly is a masterpiece of craftsmanship. Just got an e cig so I think the days of smoking a cig on her are numbered...

I ordered a Mustang Vintage Solo (regular width) for my 2013 Sportster 1200C. I have read so many good things about these seats on this forum. It should be delivered on Friday. Unfortunately it is 1F outside (western PA) so it may be a while before I can test it out. I will update this post once I actually get a chance to use it.

I think you made an excellent choice. A seat is something you should be able to sit on for hours without even thinking about it, and the Mustang Solo does that for me. The stocker on my 2005 XL1200R made me have to stop after one hour to get the feeling back in my butt. I researched extensively, got the Mustang Solo, and it made all the difference in the world. It's not something I have to think about anymore. I simply get on the bike and go until I need gas. Fuel up and keep on going with no thought about it because there is no discomfort with the seat.

Well the seat was delivered yesterday but...... it was the wrong one. I discovered the website I ordered from had some incorrect information on their website related to the Mustang Vintage Solo seats for sportsters. I am sending it back for an exchange. Unfortunately I will now have to wait a little while longer before I get it on my bike.
i will definitley post some pics once I finally get it on the bike.
