Stock Gauge Housing and Risers for Customs
I was looking at an 883C, and I don't care too much for the stock risers and gauge housing. I want something not so tall, as i will probably change out the handlebars.
I have looked through Harley's catalog, and nothing seems to work. I know I could put on shorter risers, but it looks as though the MPH gauge will hit the tank.
Has anyone changed theirs? If so how, or did you use an aftermarket company?
Thanks.
Justin

RE: Stock Gauge Housing and Risers for Customs
Hey Justin,
I've got a 1200C that had the pullback riser with integreted speedo mount on the risers but when I switched to mini-apes I ditched the risers and mount and went with 2" straight risers and used an older style XL/Dyna single guage mount for the speedo and indicator lights. Here's a shot of what it looks like now...
